gravel and stones.
The Garnacha variety provides more grape
intensity, the Graciano endows this wine of a
floral and spicy component.
Bleeding of both varieties separately. Subsequent fermentation in stainless steel at low tempera- ture. Part of the wine undergoes malolactic fermenta- tion to reduce acidity and to increase aromatic complexity.
The blend of both varieties exhibits red fruits with nuances of flowers and spices,forming together a complex wine, where power and art merge into a jewel.
