The Garnacha variety has been present in the Toro Denomination of Origin since the beginning, but it is being abandoned over the course of the years due to its low productivity and because in this variety dominates the elegance and freshness over color and body, characteristics searched in the Toro wines

• PLOT

  We want to show the virtues of the Garnacha in order to enhance this variety in the Toro region and maintain this varietal heritage.
  
  The grapes come mainly from sandy soils at an average altitude of 740 m.
  
  Fermented in French oak casks, malolactic fermentation takes place later in 500 liter hogshead and aged for 6 months.

  
  
• EPILOGUE

  This wine is pure fruit and freshness. These characteristics contrast with its origin, Toro Region, where the traditional wines are powerful and heavy.
  
  This wine is the only version of Garnacha from Toro 100%, and it was produced to show its virtues in order to maintain and to increase the extension of this variety in Toro in the future.
